NetzMate helps tennis players in Austria find partners. It is not a club, coach, court-booking service, or match organizer.
Your account and conduct
Keep your profile accurate, use an email address you control, and keep sign-in links private. Email verification confirms access to your mailbox, not your identity or playing ability.
Use NetzMate lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, deceive, spam, share unlawful content or another person's private information, scrape player data, access accounts without permission, or bypass blocks and safety controls.
Messages, meetups, and safety
You are responsible for the profile information, photos, and messages you share, and must have the right to share them. Players arrange games directly and are responsible for agreeing on details and meeting safely. NetzMate cannot guarantee a match, reply, attendance, or another player's conduct.
You can block players and require approval for new chat requests in your settings. Report abuse or unlawful content to netzmate.support@gmail.com. The operator may restrict or ban accounts for serious or repeated violations; contact support to request a review. Banned or deactivated accounts are hidden from other players.
Service and account deletion
NetzMate is free to use; optional donations do not buy features or preferential treatment. The service may be interrupted, and continuous availability is not guaranteed.
You may stop using the service and delete your account in settings. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability where applicable law does not allow that limitation. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version here.
